NUTRIDOG Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Conditions for Return (Regular Goods)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), NUTRIDOG will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

To get a replacement quickly, we recommend returning your item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
